Return & Refund

• All our products have a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, and all items purchased within 30 days can be returned for a refund.
• Must include a valid original purchase order number from www.pivoi.in. Purchases made outside of www.pivoi.in must contact the respective seller for returns.
• Returned products must be in their original packaging without any missing contents.
• Returned products not in their original packaging with missing contents are subject to a minimum $5 USD restocking fee.
• The customer will be given a Product Refund—shipping & handling fees will NOT be refunded.
• Return shipping is at the buyer’s cost unless stated otherwise by our support team.
• If you are not using our pre-paid shipping label, we suggest adding a tracking number/delivery confirmation on returned packages to ensure your return is received. Pivoi is not liable for lost or stolen return packages during transit/delivery.
• Products are unable to be exchanged. However, you are able to return the unwanted item(s) for a refund and place a new order for the desired item(s).

* Promotional Gift Items: All promotional gift items are not eligible for Returns, Exchanges, or Warranties.

* Bundle Items: To receive a refund, you must return all items within the bundle. Whatever discounted bundled items are not returned, will convert into a full-price purchase, and the order will be refunded accordingly.
